CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump is a new product developed by our unit in recent years. Made of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), this material is currently one of the best corrosion-resistant materials in the world. Magnetic pumps produced with this material have a wide range of applications, strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, and no toxin decomposition. It can be widely used in fields such as chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, petroleum, environmental protection, rare earth separation, smelting, and acid washing in automobile manufacturing.

The CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump has a unique design that does not require a mechanical shaft seal and is absolutely leak proof. The liquid flow components are made of fluoroplastic, ceramic, fluororubber, and other materials. The pump body shell is fixed with metal materials, which can support the weight of the pipeline and facilitate use and maintenance.

1. Leak proof design

Cancelled the shaft seal and used magnetic coupling to indirectly drive, eliminating the trouble of dripping and never polluting the usage site.

Due to the use of 'fluoroplastic alloy' in the overcurrent part of the pump, it can continuously transport corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and strong oxidants of any concentration without damage.

2. Working principle

The driving device adopts an active magnetic coupling directly installed on the motor shaft, and the pump chamber is fully enclosed. The impeller with a magnet on the pump shaft is indirectly driven to rotate through magnetic coupling, which is compact, safe and energy-saving.

3. Secure and durable pump body structure

Although the part in contact with the liquid is fluoroplastic, the pump casing is made of metal material, so the pump body is capable of withstanding the weight of the pipeline and mechanical impact.

8、 Precautions for using CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump:

1. Due to the fact that the cooling and lubrication of magnetic pump bearings rely on the medium being transported, it is absolutely prohibited to operate them without air, and at the same time, it is necessary to avoid the occurrence of idle operation during operation when power is cut off and restarted.

2. When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis line, open the suction pipeline valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve

3. The environment during pump use should be less than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 ℃.

4. The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material. The operating temperature of engineering plastic pumps is less than 60 ℃, the operating temperature of metal pumps is less than 100 ℃, the conveying suction pressure is not greater than 0.2MPa, the maximum working pressure is 1.6MPa, the density is not greater than 1600kg/m3, and the particle size is not greater than 30 × 10-6m2/S, which is a liquid without hard particles and fibers.

5. For media that are prone to precipitation and crystallization during transportation, they should be cleaned promptly after use to drain the accumulated liquid in the pump.

6. After 500 hours of operation of the magnetic pump, the wear of the bearings and end face dynamic rings should be removed. If the gap between the bearings and the shaft sleeve is greater than 0.5-1mm and the impeller moves axially by 1.5-2mm, the bearings and axial dynamic rings should be replaced.
