Conostan standard oil is mainly used for element analysis in the lubricant industry, including identification of lubricant brand authenticity, determination and inspection of lubricant pollutants, analysis of lubricant additive content, etc. It can also be used for determining scientific oil change cycles, analyzing component wear trends, predicting machine failure hazards, and analyzing equipment failure causes. Product Details

SCP SCIENCE Conostan standard oil is a calibration standard specifically designed for element analysis in oil products and organic fluids, widely used in fields such as chemical engineering, petroleum, and energy. The product features and applications are as follows:

1、 Main product series

Multi element mixed standard oil

V21/V21+K/V23 series: Contains S21 or S23 metal elements (such as Ag, Al, Fe, Pb, Zn, etc.), based on hydrocarbon oil, used for quantitative analysis of wear metals in lubricating oil using ICP, RDE and other technologies.

S-21 element mixed standard: containing 21 elements with a concentration of 100ppm, suitable for calibration of oil spectrometer.

Single element standard oil

Isooctane based standard oils such as lead, manganese, iron and other single element standard oils, with a concentration range covering 0.264mg/l to 1.320g/l, are suitable for the detection of specific metals in gasoline or fuel oil.

Residual oil/crude oil standard oil provides customized mixed standard oil of elements such as iron, nickel, vanadium, etc., which complies with ASTM D5708/D5863 standards and is used for metal content analysis in crude oil and residual oil.

Base oil and diluent 75cSt base oil is used as a diluent or matrix, in combination with standard oil.

Aviation kerosene/white oil diluent is used for sample pretreatment or standard oil preparation.

2、 Core application areas

Lubricating oil analysis detects worn metals (such as Fe, Cu) and additive metals (such as Ca, Zn) to evaluate equipment wear status.

The fuel oil detection and analysis of pollutants such as lead and manganese in gasoline meet environmental requirements.

Quantitative analysis of iron, nickel, vanadium and other elements in crude oil and residual oil, monitoring of crude oil quality and processing.

Quality control serves as an instrument calibration standard to ensure the accuracy of data for equipment such as ICP, AA, XRF, etc.

3、 Product Features
