With the help of advanced spinning concepts and technologies from abroad, our company's recently manufactured CNC wheel hub dual wheel vertical spinning machine has passed trial production, and all equipment indicators meet the spinning forming requirements for integral split wheel hubs. This equipment can complete the spinning forming of integral split wheel hubs, two-piece, and three piece wheel hubs.

The equipment is controlled by Siemens 840D CNC system in conjunction with our company's developed spinning software. It adopts dual channel technology, which can achieve separate or synchronous insertion of different trajectories of the two wheels, and can achieve staggered spinning of wheels with the same or different spinning radii. It has a high degree of flexible processing function. The system has complete industrial computer functions and can directly load software such as CAD that runs on the WINDOWS platform. It supports functions such as network detection, network maintenance, and network data. At the same time, the equipment has complete self checking functions, fault codes, program warnings, and monitoring functions for various external devices such as hydraulic stations and oil temperatures.

The overall structure of the equipment is made of castings, which have undergone strict heat treatment processes to ensure overall stability. The spindle and double spinning wheel are respectively equipped with oil cooling devices, and also have the function of active spinning wheel. The workpiece is cooled using specialized cutting fluid and equipped with a paper tape filter for filtering the cutting fluid.

The equipment guide rails are protected by stainless steel shields, and the front is equipped with automatic doors for easy operation. At the same time, it has various other safety protection measures.
