Overview

The CNC machine tool oil cooler is designed around three major functions: oil circulation, refrigeration cooling, and precise temperature control, mainly including the circulation system. Oil pump: mostly gear pump or screw pump (flow rate 10-100L/min, pressure 0.2-0.5MPa), responsible for delivering cooling oil to the heating components of the machine tool (spindle, guide rail, etc.), and then returning to the refrigeration unit.

Product Details

CNC machine tool oil coolerDesigned around the three major functions of "oil circulation - refrigeration and cooling - precise temperature control", it mainly includes:

Circular system

Oil pump: mostly gear pump or screw pump (flow rate 10-100L/min, pressure 0.2-0.5MPa), responsible for delivering cooling oil to the heating components of the machine tool (spindle, guide rail, etc.), and then returning to the refrigeration unit.

Fuel tank: with a capacity of 5-50L (customized according to the needs of the machine tool), equipped with a built-in filter screen (precision 5-20 μ m) to filter impurities (such as metal debris) in the oil and avoid scratching the components.

Pipeline: Oil resistant rubber pipes or copper pipes (inner diameter 10-25mm) are used to connect the interface between the refrigeration machine and the machine tool, ensuring no oil leakage (pressure loss ≤ 0.05MPa).

Refrigeration system

Compressor: Fully enclosed piston compressor for small machines, vortex compressor for large machines (cooling capacity 0.5-10kW), using R410A or R32 as refrigerant, suitable for cooling needs from -5 ℃ to 40 ℃.

Evaporator: Immersive or shell and tube type (directly exchanges heat with oil), absorbs heat from oil through refrigerant evaporation, and reduces oil temperature (single-stage refrigeration temperature difference can reach 10-15 ℃).

Condenser: air-cooled (with a cooling fan) or water-cooled (connected to a cooling tower), which releases the heat of the refrigerant into the environment, ensuring a continuous refrigeration cycle.

Control system

Thermostat: Digital PID controller (accuracy ± 0.5 ℃), can set target oil temperature (such as 25 ℃), monitor return oil temperature in real time and adjust refrigeration power.

Sensor: PT100 temperature sensor (installed at the return port), feedback oil temperature signal; The pressure sensor monitors the oil pump pressure (alarms in case of abnormalities).

Protection devices: compressor overload protection, low oil level alarm, filter blockage alarm, ensuring safe operation of the equipment.

CNC machine tool oil coolerMaintenance details:

Daily cleaning:

Fuel tank cleaning: Open the drain port every 2 weeks to drain oil and remove moisture and impurities from the bottom; Clean the cooling coil every 3 months to prevent scaling from affecting heat transfer efficiency.

Air filter: Clean once every 2 weeks (once a week in harsh environments), using a vacuum cleaner or warm water (≤ 40 ℃) with neutral detergent to avoid dust clogging and affecting heat dissipation.

Oil management:

Regular testing: Check the viscosity and acid value of the oil every 3 months. If it turns black or dirty, it should be replaced immediately to prevent oil blockage or component wear.

Oil level check: Observe the oil level gauge daily to ensure that the oil is within the normal range and avoid damage to the oil pump due to idling.

Electrical system inspection:

Line connection: Check the power and sensor wires for looseness every month to avoid short circuits or signal interference.

Insulation test: Use a megohmmeter every year to test the insulation resistance of the motor (≥ 1M Ω) to prevent leakage or burning.

Key component maintenance:

Compressor lubrication: Check the lubricating oil level of the compressor every six months, and add specialized lubricating oil if it is insufficient to avoid mechanical wear.

Fan bearings: Apply high-temperature resistant grease (such as molybdenum disulfide grease) to the fan bearings every quarter to reduce noise and vibration.

Long term discontinuation treatment:

Drain the coolant: Drain the coolant from the condenser before shutting down in winter to prevent freezing and cracking.

Moisture proof treatment: Apply moisture-proof treatment (such as rust proof oil) to the electrical control box to prevent moisture and short circuits.
