CMT6104 Plastic Pulling MachineStructure and working principle:
This device adopts a single space structure, with a space type of lower space, mainly composed of a host (including rack, base, transmission system), fixtures, deformation measurement system, software system, and electrical system.
The computer system of this device controls the servo motor to rotate through a controller. After being decelerated by a reduction system, the precision screw pair drives the moving crossbeam to rise and fall, completing various mechanical performance tests such as tensile, compressive, and bending of the sample. High precision sensors are used to accurately control, measure, automatically display, and record the deformation of the load and specimen, as well as the displacement of the crossbeam. The program controls and processes the test results.
