Using the Dwyer gas float flowmeter or mass flowmeter (CPC-FM) from the United States, gases such as oxygen, argon, nitrogen, hydrogen, or mixed gases can be input with precise gas control.

316 stainless steel and quartz vacuum chambers are available for selection, and the full vacuum piping system is made of 316 stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant and pollution-free.
