CHIRALPAK ® OP(+)For the chiral column of poly (methyl methacrylate), poly (diphenyl-2-pyridylmethyl methacrylate) was coated on the surface of 10 μ m silica gel.

Mobile phase:

The separation effect is better when 100 methanol is used as the mobile phase.

Ethanol cannot be used.

CHIRALPAK® OT(+)For the chiral column of poly (methyl methacrylate), poly (triphenylmethyl methacrylate) was coated on the surface of 10 μ m silica gel.

Mobile phase:

It is recommended to prioritize using methanol as the eluent.

When methanol is replaced with ethanol, the peak time is usually advanced.

Because alcohols have dissociation effects, a higher column temperature than the recommended value can damage chiral columns. It is recommended to use this chiral column at lower temperatures (0-5 ℃).
