The compressed air flow meter UHMF product belongs to the hot wire mass flow meter. Simply put, it measures the flow rate through the heat exchange relationship between the fluid and the heat source, so it is also called a calorimeter flow meter. There are two sensors inside it, one measuring the fluid velocity and the other measuring the gas temperature change. During measurement, these two sensors will be placed in the measured gas at the same time. One sensor will be heated, and the other will be used to sense the measured gas. The increase in gas flow rate will carry more heat, causing the sensor temperature to decrease. By calculating the relationship between flow rate and temperature, the current flow rate value of the fluid can be obtained.

Thermal gas mass flowmeter can measure the flow rate of various types of gases with different flow rates; Strong applicability, no moving parts overall, simple structure, low pressure loss, stable performance, sturdy, durable, long service life, low failure rate; Easy to install, simple to maintain, capable of bidirectional detection, and strong seismic resistance; Wide measurement range, accurate numerical values, high sensitivity, good repeatability, and easy calibration; Multiple output forms, strong anti-interference ability, parameters can be transmitted remotely without temperature and pressure compensation. Mainly used in industries such as steel, cement, water treatment, boiler chimneys, underground mines, oil and gas, papermaking, metallurgy, food processing, etc., it can be used to measure various gas flow rates and velocities.
