Overview
The DV2T viscometer is equipped with a 5-inch color display screen, which guides users through the entire process of creating tests and collecting data for quick and convenient viscosity measurement. DV2T also provides new programming capabilities and result analysis, including data averaging and QC upper and lower limit alarms. New program generator software can be used to create user instructions for multi-step testing protocols and upload them to DV2T via USB flash drive. The test data can be directly recorded to a local printer or sent to a computer. Additional automatic control and data collection can be achieved through the optional RheocalcT software.

The displayed information includes viscosity (cP/mP · s), temperature (° C/° F), shear rate/shear stress,% torque, rotor/speed, and program status stage.
Enhanced security controls can provide advanced protection features, with custom user permissions and password access, in compliance with regulations such as 21 CFR Part 11.
The built-in options include timed measurement, data averaging, programmable QC upper and lower limits/alarms, user-defined speed/rotor list, and data comparison screen display.
Automatic range display shows the maximum measured viscosity under the current rotor/speed combination.
The USB PC interface provides optional computer control and automatic data acquisition functions. Download user-defined testing programs using the included PG Flash software.

Each of our standard laboratory viscometers/rheometers is equipped with a built-in spring spring for calculating the viscosity of materials. These springs have different measurement capabilities:
LVSeries, suitable for low viscosity materials, capable of measuring the thinnest materials. Typical examples include:Ink, oil, and solvent.
RVSeries: Suitable for medium viscosity materials with viscosity higher than those measured by LV torque. Typical examples include:Frost, food, and paint.
HASeries: Suitable for materials with higher viscosity than those measured by RV torque. Typical examples include:Gel, chocolate and epoxy.
HBSeries: Suitable for materials with higher viscosity than those measured with HA torque. Typical examples include:Asphalt, joint filling compounds, and molasses.
Additional specialized springs can also be provided according to your needs.
