  1、 Introduction:
The three non-metallic elements of oxygen (O), nitrogen (N), and hydrogen (H) determine the quality, service life, and mechanical properties of all metallic materials. Unlike the composition of metal alloys, the content of oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen can sometimes vary greatly throughout the entire process chain from raw material production to finished product completion. Even at extremely low concentrations, oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen have a significant impact on material properties.

  G6-LEONARDOThe Bruker Oxygen Nitrogen Hydrogen Analyzer is an oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen analyzer developed and manufactured by Bruker in Germany. It uses the Inert Gas Melting (IGF) method and requires high-temperature melting of sample materials in a graphite crucible. Because during sample melting, total oxygen, total nitrogen, and total hydrogen can be extracted into an inert carrier gas, this principle is commonly referred to as gas melting analysis (GFA) or melt extraction method. Its analysis mode can choose single or double elements (O, N, H, ON, OH), making it an ideal tool for process and quality control.

  3、 Advantages of Brooke G6-LEONARDO Oxygen Nitrogen Hydrogen Analyzer:
1. The thermal conductivity detector is used for hydrogen and nitrogen element analysis, with a detection limit of the order of magnitude below ppm (assuming a sample size of 1g);
