Principle: Hydrazine (N ₂ H ₄) reacts with dissolved oxygen to generate nitrogen and water (N ₂ H ₄+O ₂ → N ₂+2H ₂ O), suitable for high-pressure boilers. ‌

Composition: Includes solution tank, metering pump, control system, etc., supporting manual/automatic mode and PLC control. ‌

Sub deoxygenation device

Principle: Sub * reacts with oxygen to generate *, suitable for small and medium-sized boilers. ‌

Limitation: pH value needs to be controlled (optimal pH=6), and it may increase the salt content of the boiler. ‌

Sponge iron deaerator
