The CMT-300 hydraulic servo boiler steel plate longitudinal shear testing machine is a core testing equipment specially developed for steel plates used in boilers and pressure vessels. It accurately adapts to the longitudinal shear performance testing of 3-12mm thick boiler steel plates with a rated test force of 300kN. The equipment strictly follows GB/T 6396 "Test Methods for Mechanical and Process Properties of Composite Steel Plates" and ISO 7961 "Shear Test Methods for Metallic Materials", and can automatically complete key indicators such as longitudinal shear strength and shear modulus testing. The equipment adopts a single space frame structure, and the main body is made of Q345 steel plate welded as a whole. After aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, it is designed with a 2200kg heavy-duty base to ensure that the equipment has no deformation or shaking during the shear test. The core transmission system is equipped with imported electro-hydraulic servo valves and precision gear pumps, achieving smooth output and precise control of the load. The loading process is shock free, effectively avoiding testing errors caused by load fluctuations. Based on the characteristics of boiler steel plates, a V-shaped blade automatic centering shearing fixture is standard, with a blade hardness of HRC58-62, which can accurately clamp 3-12mm thick steel plate samples, avoiding sample displacement or bending during the shearing process and ensuring a smooth shearing surface.

The core advantages are highlighted in three aspects: firstly, strong specificity and high precision, equipped with spoke type tension sensors, with a high sampling frequency of 1000Hz, which can accurately capture the force changes during the steel plate shearing process. The supporting specialized testing software can automatically identify the shear peak value, calculate the shear strength, and control the data error within ± 0.5%; Secondly, it is intelligent, efficient and easy to operate, equipped with a 10 inch color touch screen, supporting preset test parameters and real-time display of curves. After the test is completed, a PDF report containing standard basis and test data can be generated with one click, and LIMS system data docking is supported; Thirdly, safety and stability are guaranteed, with built-in overload 2% warning, overload 3% automatic stop, and emergency stop button triple protection. The testing area is equipped with tempered glass protective doors, effectively preventing the risk of sample breakage and splashing. The equipment can operate continuously for 24 hours, with an average time of over 8000 hours.

The equipment can work stably in an environment with room temperature of 5-40 ℃ and relative humidity of ≤ 85%. It supports international standards such as ASTM A370 and EN 10045 for testing procedures and data processing. It not only meets the requirements of conventional boiler steel plate testing, but also adapts to the shear performance testing of low-temperature container steel plates and composite steel plates. It is a highly reliable equipment in the field of special equipment testing.
