AQS3pro allows users to "see changes in protein secondary structure" within a wide concentration range from 0.1mg/mL to over 200 mg/mL and in the presence of excipients, across the entire drug development spectrum.With minimal preparation, samples can be measured without dilution, and reliable data representing drug performance can be generated.

The microfluidic modulation spectroscopy (MMS) technology, which has been developed, combines mid infrared laser spectroscopy with microfluidic and built-in real-time reference signal processing to provide high-sensitivity measurements without buffering interference.The tunable laser in the secondary structure analysis tool detects protein solutions through microfluidic cells.Microfluidic cell fluid rapidly alternates between sample flow and reference (buffer) flow, continuously and automatically performing background subtraction, thereby significantly improving measurement accuracy, precision, and signal-to-noise ratio.
