Biomass is an ideal renewable energy source with a wide range of sources, producing a large amount of industrial, agricultural, and forest waste every year. As renewable resources such as corn cobs and straw in northern China, as well as rice husks, bagasse, and coconut shells in southern China, are abundant, using them to replace or partially replace coal can bring substantial economic returns to enterprises. On the other hand, biomass energy is a clean and renewable energy source with nearly zero carbon dioxide emissions. 1. In terms of structural design, the straw boiler of Henan Yongxing Boiler has a relatively large furnace space compared to traditional boilers, and the layout of secondary air is very reasonable, which is conducive to the full combustion of biomass fuel during combustion.

The Zhengguo straw boiler adopts a double drum horizontal structure, which completely overcomes the phenomenon of overheating and bulging caused by the drum being directly exposed to the furnace, and the arrangement of the heating surface is more reasonable. working principle

Water cooled walls are arranged on both sides of the straw boiler to form the furnace and convection flue. There is a cast iron economizer at the tail. The furnace adopts water-cooled integral pouring front and rear arches. The front arch is in a stepped shape, and the rear arch is in a herringbone shape, which makes the coverage rate of the arch close to 85%, which is conducive to the combustion of bituminous coal. Adopting a large block chain grate to achieve mechanical combustion. Equipped with a drum induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, sufficient secondary air is arranged in layers at a certain height in the furnace, and a slag removal machine is used to achieve mechanical slag removal.
