4DCell Masker is a convenient and highly precise device used for printing micro patterns on glass slides. It can be used with 4DCell photomask and 24mm glass slide. The masking machine can be provided as an accessory to the micro pattern kit to improve the printing process. It can better attach the glass slide to the photomask, thus enabling more precise printing of micro patterns (without diffraction). With this accessory, you can attach glass slides to optical masks without using water droplets or vacuum sources.

After cleaning and activating the photomask, place it on the Masker. Then invert it so that the chrome side faces you.

2. Gently place the slide in the correct position and place the coated side on the chrome side.

3. Close the mask. Grasp it tightly, flip it up and down again, and lock it with screws.

4. Place it in the UV printer for 10 minutes to allow printing of micro patterns.

5. Then, gently open the mask and remove the slide. If they are firmly fixed on the mask, please add water to the mask to help them detach.
