ST800PGN is an 800 ampere service tester suitable for various secondary power supply systems (including 120V, 208V, 277V, 480V). This device applies high amplitude pulses between neutral and live wires or between different live wires to detect various issues in electrical systems. Unlike traditional continuous load detection devices that may miss out, this tester can effectively identify the interference effects caused by telephone lines and cable TV grounding.
ST800PGN is capable of performing the following detection tasks:
Identify defective conductorsIdentification of poor conductors between transformers and meter bases.
Neutral wire integrity testingIndicating the complete state of the neutral conductor helps prevent excessive grounding current.
