1、 Preparation before installation

Ensure that the installation area is free of highly corrosive gases, flammable and explosive substances, and the temperature is within the allowable range of the electric actuator (usually-20℃~60℃)。

To avoid long-term exposure of valves to direct sunlight or rainwater, it is necessary to-Install protective covers when necessary.

Pipeline cleaning and alignment

Connect the power cord(220V/380V) and control signal line (4-20mA), use waterproof connectors to prevent moisture from entering and ensure reliable grounding.

3、 Commissioning after installation

Functional Testing

Operate the electric actuator to open and close the valve, and verify the action time (e.gDoes 15 seconds/30 seconds/60 seconds comply with the setting.
