1Definition of programming keys
(1) SET setting key: In manual/automatic operation mode, press this key for less than 5 seconds to switch between manual/automatic mode. Press this key for 5-10 seconds while the device is running to enter the unlock password menu. After more than 10 seconds, enter the factory reset page and display: FAC. Press this key under the main menu to enter the menu page. Press this key under this menu page to save the set value and exit to the main menu. Press this key in the "End" item of the main menu to return to the local running state.
(2) When setting the value to increase or decrease, press this button for more than 3 seconds to quickly adjust the value.
(3) Reverse key: Press this key while the machine is running to reverse the motor. Press this key in the setting state to decrease the setting value.

(4) One click setting key: Press this key to automatically set zero to full while the machine is running. (It is necessary to adjust the opening and closing limits to correspond well with the mechanical zero full position).
(5) Dial switch: (all standard states are in the ON position)
Dial 1: Change direction. When set to ON, it has a positive effect, which means it rotates clockwise when facing the output shaft to open the valve. When set to FOFF, it has a negative effect, which means it rotates counterclockwise when facing the output shaft to open the valve.
Dial 2: When turned on, the digital display shows the valve position% value, and when turned off, it shows the mA value.
Dial code 3: When the device is running, set it to ON: jog the device; Set to 0FF: This device is self-sustaining.

2Running operations
(1) Power on: After the actuator is powered on, it enters automatic mode and displays the percentage.
(2) Switching between automatic/manual working modes: Press the SET key to switch.
(3) Manual working mode: When the local light is on, press the UP button to rotate the motor forward; Press the DOWN button to reverse the motor, and release the button to stop the motor.
(4) Automatic working mode: The automatic light is on, and the actuator receives computer signals to output forward and reverse control. Pressing the UP and DOWN keys at this time is invalid.
(5) Zero full setting
Overview: One click setting button can be used to complete zero point calibration and zero full setting with potentiometer; When using an external manual control board, zero full setting without potentiometer zero calibration can be completed. Use one click setting mode
1) Automatic setting
A. Press the one key setting button, and the digital display will change from the valve position value to the potentiometer zero calibration reference value, with a display range of values between -15.0 and 15.0. Press the UP key to make the actuator open the valve, and adjust the cam pressing open limit switch after the actuator is fully opened; Press the DOWN key to close the actuator valve,
After the actuator is fully closed, adjust the cam press close limit switch and check whether the nixie tube value is 0.2-0.4.
B. Please loosen the potentiometer pressure plate, rotate the potentiometer, adjust the value correctly (0.2-0.4), and then tighten the pressure plate. If the value is correct, skip this item.
C. Press the one key setting button again, and the digital display will flash with "---". At this point, the actuator will automatically complete the zero full position setting without human intervention. Set the full position (percentage -100%) as the on limit switch position, and set the zero position (0%) as the off limit switch position. Given and feedback current 4mA automatically corresponds to 0% valve position, 20mA automatically corresponds to 100% valve position.
D. When the digital display shows "--" and stops, the digital display shows 0.0 with the second dial switch pointing to "%" or 4.0 with the second dial pointing to "mA", the one click setting process is completed and automatically returns to the local operating mode, with the valve position at 0%.
2) Manual setting
A. Press the one key setting button, and the digital display will change from the valve position value to the potentiometer zero calibration reference value, with a display range of values between -15.0 and 15.0. Press the D0WN button to close the actuator, and check if the value is 0.00 ± 0.3 after the actuator is fully closed.
B. If the value is incorrect, please loosen the potentiometer pressure plate, rotate the potentiometer, adjust the value to 0.0 ± 0.3, and then tighten the pressure plate. If the value is correct, skip this item.
C. Press the set button again, and the digital display will flash with "H". At this time, the actuator will remember the above position as 0%. Press the UP or DOWN key to adjust the actuator to the fully open position, press the one key setting key again, and the digital display will show 100.0 (when the second dip switch points to "%") or 20.0 (when the second dip switch points to "mA") - the key setting process is complete and automatically returns to the local operating mode, with the valve position at -100%.
