The analog output terminal module EL4104 is used to output voltages within the range of 0 to 10 V. The resolution of this terminal module is 16 bits, and the voltage is transmitted to the processing equipment in an electrically isolated form.EtherCATThe output channel of the terminal module provides one common ground potential. The sturdy casing, safe and reliable contacts, and stable electronic components are prominent features of Beifu's components. An I/O station consists of an EtherCAT coupler and almost any number of terminal modules. The EtherCAT system can connect up to 65535 devices, so the entire network size is almost infinite.
The electronic terminal block is directly connected to the EtherCAT coupler. The terminal modules are connected by direct insertion without the need for any other operation. Each terminal module can be individually replaced and installed on a standard mounting track. In addition to horizontal installation, other installation methods can also be adopted.
Like the bus terminal module, the external contour of the EtherCAT terminal module matches the size of the terminal module housing. The LED on the front panel can clearly display the status, and the pull-out contact labels can ensure clear differentiation on site. Three wire connection technology, with an additional interface for protecting the grounding wire, can directly connect sensors and actuators.
The EtherCAT terminal module has subdivided the number of channels to achieve bit precision for the required I/O channels.
The number of channels for the digital EtherCAT terminal module used to generate and process binary signals can be 2, 4, 8, and 16 channels. In the 16 channel model, the digital input and output signals are compressed into a standard bus terminal module housing with a width of only 12 mm.
The analog input used to process on-site analog signals can handle various measurement variables such as current, voltage, temperature, and resistance. In addition to signal types, different terminal modules also vary in signal resolution and measurement accuracy. In the field of analog output, standard EtherCAT terminal modules in 1, 2, 4, and 8 channel versions can be provided for standard signals such as ± 10 V, 0... 10 V, 10 V, 0... 20 mA, and 4... 20 mA. The EtherCAT terminal module product series also provides comprehensive solutions for special measurement applications such as electrical energy and power measurement, drive control, and analysis of various encoder interfaces.
