1.3 Function Overview
The safety lock test platform is designed in accordance with the provisions of the national standard GB/T 19155-2017 "High Altitude Operation Basket" and user requirements. This experimental platform implements laboratory testing equipment for testing, calibrating, and evaluating the safety lock and fall prevention device of high-altitude work baskets. This device adopts a new angle measurement mechanism instead of angle sensors for measurement, avoiding the tedious operation of frequent disassembly and installation of angle sensors for multiple test samples, while improving measurement accuracy.
The safety lock of the high-altitude work basket is a safety protection device for preventing tilting and falling of the high-altitude work basket suspension platform. When the working wire breaks or the suspension platform slides down, causing the suspension platform to tilt at a certain angle or the basket to descend too quickly, the safety lock can automatically and quickly lock the safety rope, stopping the suspension platform from sliding or tilting, thereby avoiding falling accidents.
