Multi functional direct reading calcium analyzerOverview:
This instrument can measure both lime dosage and cement dosage, as well as the effective calcium oxide content in lime. At the same time, the instrument can also be used as a standard ion potentiometer for electrochemical research or for the determination of other ions after replacing the ion selective electrode. This instrument adopts a 16 bit A/D converter, a high input impedance design, stable data, and can input any ion selective electrode. Calibration data can be stored inside the instrument without the need for repeated calibration.

Operation instructions
1. Before measuring the lime dosage, it is necessary to prepare two calibration solutions with known lime dosages to calibrate the instrument. Calibration solution 1 is set at 6.0%, and calibration solution 2 is set at 14.0%.
Before measuring the cement dosage, it is necessary to prepare two calibration solutions with known cement dosages to calibrate the instrument. Calibration solution 1 is set at 3.0%, and calibration solution 2 is set at 10.0%, supplied by Hebei Dahong Experimental Instrument Co., Ltd.
2. Before measuring the effective calcium oxide content, it is necessary to prepare two calibration solutions with known effective calcium oxide content to calibrate the instrument. Calibration solution 1 is set at 20%, and calibration solution 2 is set at 80%.
After calibrating the instrument, the calibration data is stored in the non-volatile memory inside the instrument, and the data will not be lost after turning off the power.
