Structural Design and NAMUR Standards
NM 532h strictly follows the NAMUR standard (VDI/VDE 3845) design, with interfaces 1, 3, and 5 being G1/4 'threads, which can be directly installed on bar actubar series pneumatic actuators or other NAMUR compatible actuators. The shell is made of aluminum alloy material, and the internal parts are made of brass, aluminum, and synthetic materials. The sealing element is NBR nitrile rubber, which has good corrosion resistance and sealing stability.
The valve body is equipped with a coding pin positioning hole, which can avoid connection confusion when replacing the valve; Exhaust ports 3 and 5 support throttle adjustment, and actuator speed control can be achieved by selecting SDR or FDS type throttle valves. The standard configuration includes fastening screws, coding pins, and seals, which can be installed and used directly.
5/3 functions and working principles
NM 532h is a 5/3-way control valve with three working positions and five interfaces. The neutral closed design allows the actuator to maintain its current position in the event of power loss, meeting the requirements of position holding applications. When coil S1 is powered on, the actuator is in its initial position, and after the solenoid valve is switched, the actuator can be driven to rotate 90 degrees.
The product supports 100% duty cycle continuous operation and is equipped with a manual operating mechanism for easy debugging and emergency use. In the dual action drive mode, compressed air alternately enters the air chambers on both sides of the actuator through interfaces 2 and 4, completing the reciprocating motion of the piston.
