BPG chromatography column

A glass chromatography column used for process development or biopharmaceutical production, aimed at achieving hygienic operation and simple and efficient loading.

Isolation chromatography column after filling:

It is recommended to use sanitary grade stainless steel valves with appropriate inner diameters to prevent contamination of the filling bed. Air trap:BPGThe air trap kit includes an air trap, assembly frame, steel valve, fixture, and gasket. ForBPG 100、140 and 200 The air trap also includes pipes.
Top valve: It is recommended to install a manual valve as the outlet control device on the upper part of the air trap.
Pressure gauge: The pressure gauge kit includes a pressure gaugeTType connectors and necessary fixtures and washers for adapting sanitary interfaces.
Pressure relief valve: connected between the pump and the inlet of the chromatography column to deliver flow at a constant pressure throughout the entire filling process. Safety valve: a pre calibrated valve used to perform pressure relief operations when the calibration value is exceeded. If the chromatography column exceeds its maximum pressure limit and there are no other pressure sensors in the chromatography system, it is recommended to use a pressure relief valve.TType connectors, clamps, and washers need to be purchased separately.
