The company has combined the functions and advantages of the first two humidity detectors, namely the Leak Seeker for testing roof leaks and the Wet Wall Detector for testing external insulation and finishing systems, to produce the new generation BJXJ leakage detector.
The BJXJ leakage detector adopts two operating modes: EIFS and Roofing. Each operating mode has two sensitive ranges, namely high and low, and can detect leakage in the roof and its external insulation and repair system. The detection thickness can reach about 100mm.
The BJXJ leakage detector is designed and produced by our company. Since 1980, our company has produced a large number of humidity detectors for structural and material engineering.

Roof leakage problem:
It is very difficult, or even impossible, to detect and locate leakage and corrosion inside and outside EIFS or Roofing systems through visual inspection, because under normal circumstances, the above leakage and corrosion situations cannot be seen from the wall or roof surface. Leakage may be hidden and lurking deep in the base layer, walls, and roofs. If the above situation continues to exist, the ultimate leakage will cause corrosion, destruction, and eventual disintegration of the structure and other components. Similarly, the loss of heat value due to moisture insulation leads to unnecessary heat movement in building structures. Early detection of damp areas and appropriate repairs can reduce economic losses.
BJXJ leakage detectorWorking principle:
The leakage detector is an electronic handheld humidity detector that applies the principle of electrical impedance. During impedance testing, harmless signals are transmitted between the electrodes. These signals represent changes in impedance and are converted into relative humidity readings, which are displayed in real-time on a large and clear analog dial.
The reading is real-time continuous reading, and the RWS leakage detector is also equipped with audio equipment. When the reading is large, it will give a sound signal.
BJXJ leakage detector gives important information, which can be used to evaluate the moisture in most fiber reinforced EIFS wall cladding and roof systems, such as house building, non-conductive one-sided search, repair and foam roof. Low cost and easy to operate.
A fast and non-destructive method for finding leakage sources:
For EIFS, the BJXJ leakage detector is specifically designed to detect and locate damp areas present in waterproof coverings, insulation layers, and base layers; For Roofing, the BJXJ leakage detector is used to detect areas of moisture in the middle layer, insulation materials, and the interior or exterior of the roof. The instrument is easy and fast to operate, with a lightweight design that allows for one handed operation. By detecting the damp area of the building, the leakage source can be traced and detected.
