2、 Characteristics

This electric heater is made by imitating West German products. The electric heater consists of a heating core and a protective sleeve. The heating core uses a tubular electric heating element as the heat source, and the protective sleeve is made of thin stainless steel tube. The wiring device is protected by a bolt type casing seal.

The protective sleeve and the fuel tank body are connected by a tapered pipe thread for strong sealing. The protective sleeve and the heating element are isolated from the heated oil. When replacing the electric heater, there is no need to drain the oil from the fuel tank, only the heating element needs to be removed, making maintenance convenient.

This heater is an explosion-proof heater, with a connecting flange in the form of a round flange and a flange (with an F added after the model number for the square flange). The reserved hole for flange connection is ≥ Φ 95. If a temperature controller is required, the reserved hole should be ≥ Φ 110, and 'T' should be added after the model. The design pressure is 1.6Mpa and the material is all stainless steel.
