1、 Product Overview
BF and DBF low-noise fan cases are a new type of wind power source. Compared with commonly used ventilation equipment, they have the characteristics of large air volume, low noise, low power consumption, and easy on-site disassembly and assembly. Especially suitable for ventilation and air conditioning system series pressurization in general factories, civil buildings, educational research and office buildings. The box frame adopts a circular arc aluminum alloy frame, and the box plate is a composite plate structure. The outer layer is Baosteel produced color coated plate, the interlayer is polyurethane foam, and the inner layer is galvanized plate, further reducing noise.
2、 Product Features
1. There are many varieties, specifications, and a wide range of air volume and pressure choices.
2. Equipped with multi-directional air inlet and outlet, the unit can be installed in a suspended or floor standing manner, which is convenient for installation and conducive to engineering design.
3. Adopting low-noise centrifugal fans, the unit has low noise, low vibration, large air volume, and small volume.
4. Adopting a detachable frame made of stretched profiles, it can be disassembled and installed on site, with flexible placement.
3、 Product process
1. Impeller: The blades, front plate, and middle plate are stamped and cut from high-quality galvanized sheet metal produced by Baosteel, and are hydraulically formed. The blades are riveted to the front and rear plates with galvanized rivets. And calibrated by a digital hard support dynamic balancing machine, the balancing accuracy reaches G4.6 level or above.
2. Spiral shell: The side plate is stamped and cut from high-quality galvanized sheet metal produced by Baosteel, and then hydraulically formed. The snail plate is cut by a high-quality galvanized plate shearing machine produced by Baosteel, and is pressed and rounded using a dedicated rib forming machine. The side plate and snail plate are connected by biting, and then equipped with the required snail shell bracket.
3. Box body: The box body material is rolled and formed by a metal cold bending unit, and the box plate is a composite structure. The outer layer is cut and bent from high-quality color coated plates produced by Baosteel. The inner layer of the box body is made of high-quality galvanized plates, and the middle is filled with polyurethane foam material, which has good noise reduction effect. The assembly method of the box board and profile is embedded, which improves the sealing performance of the fan, ensures the soundproofing effect of the box board, and reduces the air leakage of the fan.
4. Chassis: The fan chassis is made of heavy-duty metal cold bending units and stretched into a C-shaped shape. C-shaped steel is a new type of steel with excellent cross-sectional mechanical properties, evolved from channel steel. It has good mechanical properties and a beautiful and elegant appearance.
5. Maintenance door: The fan is equipped with detachable maintenance doors with handles, making maintenance extremely convenient.
6. Assembly: After the fan is assembled, the vibration velocities of the X, Y, and Z axes are all less than 5.6mm/s.
