Equipment description and purpose:

GAS-10A gas automatic sampler, the instrument adopts a LCD touch screen and is an automatic intelligent sampling device controlled by a dedicated electromagnetic valve. Sampling airbags are used for gas sample collection operations in various industries. Once the sample is loaded into the airbag, it will be taken back to the laboratory for analysis. The multi-channel gas automatic sampler can make the injection of multiple gas bags easier. Realize automatic injection analysis of up to 10 airbags. GAS-10A gas automatic sampler achieves full automation, reduces manpower, and improves efficiency. No need for manual injection, reducing human error. The samples stored in the sampling bag should be analyzed as soon as possible. If users need to analyze samples from multiple sampling bags in a short period of time, they can control the injection sequence of the automatic sampler to ensure that users can analyze each sample within its validity period. Equipment installation:

Connect the device connection line to the chromatograph

Operation steps:

1. Connect the signal line and connect the sample gas inlet and outlet pipelines to the corresponding interfaces to ensure that the sample gas can smoothly enter the equipment. This instrument must be installed in a well ventilated and well ventilated area.

2. Connect the plug of the instrument to a 220V power socket, and ensure that the socket ground wire is well grounded.

Preparation before equipment operation:

Prepare the standard gas and sample gas bags that need to be tested.

Equipment usage instructions:

1. Turn on the device power switch and wait for the screen to enter the system.

2. Connect the airbag to the sample port. According to the corresponding number of the sample port, click to select the corresponding number on the screen (the color on the number selection will change from light blue to green), and click the start button to start injection.

After completing the column analysis, remove the lower airbag.

Click on the time in the upper right corner of the screen. The time setting interface will pop up.

Click on parameter settings to modify device parameters.

Clicking on manual mode can activate or deactivate various components of the instrument.

Daily maintenance and precautions:

The sample gas must be clean and free of particulate matter impurities, otherwise it may cause damage to the pump body inside the equipment.

The sample gas should be kept as dry as possible and excessive moisture should be avoided as much as possible.

After the sample analysis is completed, try to remove the airbag as much as possible.
