The automatic brushing evaluation instrument, brushing and grinding instrument, and tooth module staining instrument have been developed to evaluate the detection and evaluation of tooth wear by toothpaste, toothbrush, tooth powder, and tooth whitening agent products. Based on this, multiple tooth grinding blocks have been developed for characterizing tooth wear.

1、 Main purpose and working principle:

RHZS-I typeAutomatic brushing evaluation testerMainly used for research, testing institutions, and manufacturers of oral cleaning and care products to evaluate the stain removal and whitening effects, as well as the removal of external color spots, of products such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, oral cleaning and care fluids, dental patches, tooth powders, electric toothbrushes, tooth whitening agents, and grinding rod cleaners, as well as raw materials such as friction agents, moisturizers, thickeners, foaming agents, taste improvers, and fragrances. Its evaluation and measurement method imitates the mechanical process of human tooth brushing, and synchronously performs reciprocating brushing and grinding through mechanical transmission to control the testing unit, which is closer to the actual brushing conditions. The equipment consists of eight brushing and grinding units, which can work simultaneously under the same conditions, improving the accuracy of the experiment and increasing work efficiency.

2、 Structure description:

This device has a desktop appearance and is suitable for placement on a workbench that is close to the actual operating height. Eight brushing and grinding units are arranged in parallel on the operating surface of the equipment, and the open working state facilitates the tester to observe the testing situation at any time. The main transmission structure and electrical components are located above the brushing and grinding unit for easy equipment cleaning. The operation screen and power switch are located in the upper right corner of the operation surface, which is overall beautiful and elegant. The frame is welded with structural square tubes, and the panels are made of thickened stainless steel, which is sturdy and durable.

Toothbrush Test Toothbrush Toothbrush Machine Use Toothpaste to Test Cow Teeth.

Main purpose:

Since the birth of toothpaste, cleaning teeth has always been the most important and basic function of toothpaste, and the cleaning effect of teeth is mostly achieved through the friction agent in the toothpaste formula. The commonly used friction agents in toothpaste formulations currently include silicon dioxide, calcium carbonate, etc. The mass fraction of friction agents in toothpaste formulations is usually 15% to 50%. Friction agents in toothpaste are the main factor in mechanically removing dental plaque and stains during brushing. If toothpaste with high friction is used, it will cause wear on the hard tissues of teeth while cleaning them.

In the ISO11609 method, bovine tooth samples are used as in vitro experimental materials, and teeth are repeatedly brushed and ground on a brush grinder/toothbrush to evaluate the degree of tooth wear caused by toothpaste.

We have developed multiple testing and evaluation instruments for toothpaste, toothbrush, tooth powder, and tooth whitening agents to assess tooth wear. Based on this, we have also developed multiple tooth grinding blocks for characterizing tooth wear.
