1. Characteristics of automatic dosing device:
The variable frequency automatic dosing control device adopts an advanced AC speed regulation system composed of imported high-tech products - AC frequency converter, which realizes automatic control of dosing amount. The advantages of this system are reliable performance, long service life, good starting characteristics, and low energy consumption. This device can also serve as a speed control system for AC motors such as water pumps, oil pumps, and fans to achieve pressure and flow control of liquids and vapors in infusion pipelines.
2. Structure of automatic dosing device
The automatic control device mainly consists of an automatic control cabinet, a recorder, an AC motor, a dosing pump, etc. There are frequency converters, regulators, detectors, etc. inside the automatic control cabinet, as shown in the table below. The selection of the detector is determined by the type of medication added by the user. For example, for ammonia addition, the detector can use a conductivity meter or a pH meter. For phosphate addition, a fast phosphate analyzer can be used. For neutralization tanks, a pH meter can be used. For coordinated phosphate treatment, an R meter is required. For coagulation, a flow current meter is used. For chlorine addition, a residual chlorine meter is required.
3. Principle of automatic dosing device
The dosing pump motor is driven by an AC frequency converter to inject medication into the liquid. The concentration of the medication is detected by a detector, which inputs an electrical signal proportional to the concentration to the regulator and compares it with the set value to obtain a deviation signal. The regulator compares and integrates the deviation signal according to the process requirements, and the calculation result signal is sent to the frequency converter. The frequency converter changes the frequency of the motor's working power supply according to the adjustment signal output by the regulator, causing the motor speed to change and the concentration of the medication in the injected liquid to be controlled within the range.
