2.1 Host fixation (panel installation)

Note: For panel installation, please reserve 92.5mm on the distribution box panel first×92.5mmThe square hole of the transmitter is directly inserted from the distribution box panel, and the fixed device attached to the transmitter is inserted from the back and clipped into the fixed slot.

2.3.1 Electrode Cable Opening and Wiring Methods

The conductive rubber or aluminum foil between the central axis of the electrode signal line and the network cable must be peeled off. The cable should be extended to the host without any joints in between, and the central axis of the cable should be directly connected to the back of the hostGLASS connector, connect the Ethernet cable to Ref connector.

AttentionIf the standard cable cannot meet the on-site requirements, the cable cannot be extended arbitrarily. Please contact the supplier to provide a dedicated cable, otherwise any adverse consequences to the instrument will be borne by yourself. It is recommended to extend the cable no more than 30 meters on site, otherwise a signal amplifier needs to be added.

Precautions for pipeline installation

Note:（1) The electrode should be installed in the bypass of the main pipeline, and a valve should be installed at the front end to control the flow rate. The flow rate should be as small as possible, generally as long as there is a stable aqueous solution dripping out of the outlet. The electrode should be installed vertically and deeply into the active water body, and the outlet should be higher than the inlet to ensure that the electrode is immersed in the solution.

（2) Calibration should be performed before electrode installation.

（3) The measurement signal is a weak electrical signal, and its acquisition cable should be wired independently. It is forbidden to connect it with the power line or control line in the same group of cable joints or terminal boards to avoid interference or breakdown of the measurement unit.

Submerged installation of plastic shell electrode

Wrap an appropriate amount of raw material tape around the thread at the back end of the electrode (to prevent water leakage)
Thread the electrode cable through the electrode protection tube, and tighten the thread at the back end of the electrode to the thread inside the protective tube. Reserve about 15CM of cable behind the protective tube. Thread the cable through the cable head 1 and lock it with a PG9 connector. Refer to the electrode stripping method to strip the cable.
The electrode extension wire is stripped and passed through the cable head 2, locked, and extended to the host.
The reserved cables in the waterproof junction box are fixed on M4 screws with centerline to centerline and network cable to network cable, and then the fixing bracket is fixed next to the pool to complete the assembly.

Submerged installation of glass electrodes

First, wet the electrode and then insert it into the rubber electrode holder.

2. Thread the electrode cable through the electrode protection tube, insert the rubber electrode holder into the protective tube with one end clamped with an external thread, and fix the electrode holder with a PP protective sleeve. The thread must be screwed in place, otherwise water leakage will occur. Reserve about 15CM of cable after the protective tube, thread the cable through the cable head 2, lock it with a PG9 connector, and refer to the electrode stripping method to strip the cable.
