All sorted samples can be distributed into Falcon tubes, culture dishes, and porous plates. EggSorter calculates all processed entities and saves images of each entity, automatically collecting very useful data.

The core of EggSorter is a rotating wheel that captures entities one after another and places them in front of the camera for bright field imaging or fluorescence. Then, retrieve images of each entity on an embedded computer and process them using various AI based algorithms. Assign entities to different output containers based on classification and the needs of each project.

EggSorter was originally developed for processing zebrafish eggs and has been proven to be applicable to different species. EggSorter can sort any small circular biological entity with a diameter of 0.5 to 2 mm.

In addition, with EggSorter, you can control the exact amount of culture medium that comes with the sample. The minimum separation dose is 50 μ L/solid, and you can choose to transfer multiple doses to accurately determine the final volume of culture medium in the container.

The image will be automatically associated with the position of the entity in the output container.
