Performance characteristics:
1. The method has strong applicability and a wide range of applications.
① Adopting integrated three-stage cold trap technology (liquid nitrogen freezing) and new generation CO2&H2O management technology, the low temperature is -190 ℃, and the maximum heating rate of the cold trap is 10000 ℃/min. The first stage cold trap is a water removal trap, effectively removing interference from CO2, O2, H2O, N2, etc. in the air. The analysis sensitivity reaches ppt level, and the detection limit is 0.01ppbv;
② The preset HJ759, TO-14, TO-15 (A), and PAMS standard analysis methods can meet the corresponding analysis requirements without any changes or accessory upgrades;
③ Can analyze polar (aldehydes, alcohols, esters, ethers, ketones), non-polar, and active sulfur-containing and oxygen-containing volatile and semi volatile organic compounds;
④ The ultra wide injection range (4-2000ml, with a minimum injection volume expandable to 0.1ml) easily meets the pre-treatment needs of different sample volumes.
2. Low detection limit and high accuracy.
① With a concentration rate of over 1000 times, it effectively improves the detection limit of analytical instruments and achieves higher accuracy than national standards;
② Inert pipelines, valves, and other flow components to eliminate unnecessary residues and chemical reactions, minimize sample contamination, and ensure recycling;
③ Adopting a multi valve vacuum negative pressure automatic injection method, the post MFC integrates and accumulates the injection volume, which can measure the true pressure of the system. The injection flow rate and volume quantification can be adjusted (with a quantitative loop, the minimum injection volume can be as low as 0.1ml), and the cold trap is isolated from the sample to avoid cross contamination;
④ The spiral universal capture cold trap can meet the pre-treatment requirements for ODS, fluorinated greenhouse gas, hydrogen fuel trace substance analysis and other applications without the need for replacement.

① The system automatically detects leaks and generates reports, with automatic alarms for errors;
② PC program control, user-friendly interface, easy to operate;
③ Automatically display operating status, record process data, and support QC/QA report printing.

5. Long term stable operation.
Internal structure optimization module design, effective isolation between sensitive components such as circuit boards and temperature control modules, external liquid nitrogen valves to avoid sudden temperature changes and interference or even corrosion of electronic components caused by condensed water, reducing instrument failure rates, improving service life and effective operation time.
6. Low operating costs and easy maintenance.
Design a small volume trap and optimize its temperature and liquid nitrogen flow control mode, resulting in low liquid nitrogen loss and easy replacement.
