How to maintain the atmosphere furnace in daily life:
1. Regularly check whether the contact of each connector is good.
2. According to the process setting temperature, power on for heating and insulation.
3. By investigating the flow rate and controlling the outlet temperature at 40 ℃ cgh.
4. The workshop must be equipped with 1/2 pipe to ensure a water source pressure of 0.2MPa.
5. Connect the inflation port and inject CO2 and other protective gases. Stop inflation when the pressure gauge of the atmosphere furnace indicates 0.02-0.04 MPa.
6. Keep the furnace clean and promptly deal with metal oxides, slag, and impurities inside the furnace. Caution should be exercised when loading and unloading workpieces to prevent damaging the silicon molybdenum rod.
7. When the furnace temperature rises, attention should be paid at all times. If the pressure is high, the vent valve should be intermittently opened to keep the pressure inside the furnace chamber below 0.1MPa. At this time, impurities such as oil fume in the chamber can be discharged accordingly.
8. Silicon molybdenum rods can be corroded by alkali, alkali metals, silicic acid, and boron compounds at high temperatures. Water vapor has a strong oxidizing effect on them, and hydrogen and gases containing a large amount of hydrogen can decompose silicon molybdenum rods at high temperatures. Therefore, caution should be taken when using them.
9. The atmosphere furnace implements bright annealing. When the temperature rises, the vent valve is opened, and then protective gas is filled. The flow rate increases from small to large.
