Working principle of fully automatic asphalt content rapid extraction instrument:

The sample (asphalt mixture) is placed on the upper layer of the sieve, and the solvent is injected into the box. It is a new generation of testing instrument developed by Shanghai Leiyun Testing Instrument Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The starting power of the test instrument is used. The solvent pump flushes the solvent into the sieve. The asphalt mixture in the sample in the sieve passes through each level of sieve under vibration and solvent flushing. The asphalt gradually separates from the mineral and flows into the centrifuge cup. Under the action of centrifugal force, the mineral powder in the solution is attached to the filter paper of the centrifuge cup. The solution (asphalt and trichloroethylene mixture) flows into the evaporation box through the guide plate, and is heated and evaporated (trichloroethylene) in the evaporation box. After condensing in the condenser, it flows back to the solvent box. Finally, the recovery of asphalt and trichloroethylene is carried out automatically through a relief valve.
