工作过程简述

Dehumidification - circulating the air inside the isolator through the dehumidification device, reducing the relative humidity inside the isolator and improving the VHP sterilization efficiency;

Sterilization - Input hydrogen peroxide vapor and maintain the expected concentration in the isolator, keep the VHP concentration above 700PPM, and maintain the sterilization time for more than 30 minutes;

Residual removal - Stop inputting hydrogen peroxide gas, switch the sterilization system to the residual removal system, circulate the hydrogen peroxide gas in the isolator through the catalyst for decomposition, reduce the hydrogen peroxide concentration to below 10PPM, and then ventilate to achieve a residual value of no more than 1ppm.

Check the working status - the system switches to the clean maintenance state, automatically adjusts the supply air volume, return air volume, and fresh air volume according to the set working wind speed and positive pressure inside the cabin, maintains the cleanliness and positive pressure inside the cabin, and also detects the cleanliness of the work area online.
