BOS-LY-150 test:

The required test conditions are as follows:

a. Inner diameter of nozzle: 12.5 mm;

b. Water flow rate: 100 ± 5L/min;

c. Water pressure: Adjust the water flow rate according to regulations;

d. The central part of the main water flow is a circle with a diameter of about 120mm, located 2.5m away from the nozzle,

e. Approximately 1 minute of water spraying time per square meter on the surface of the shell;

f. Test time: 3 minutes less than the maximum;

e. Distance from nozzle to shell surface. 2.5-3m

Installation and debugging training

After the machine arrives at the demand side, please notify us to install and debug it. We will dispatch engineers to your side for installation and debugging, and all necessary expenses will be borne by us. The debugging process is the responsibility of the supplier's technical personnel, with assistance from the purchaser's personnel.

After the installation and debugging of the equipment are completed and the acceptance is qualified, our technical engineers will provide on-site explanations and demonstration training to the relevant personnel of your company. The demand side will provide training venues and necessary conditions.

Operation training: Through training, relevant personnel of the demand side can proficiently master the entire process of equipment operation and understand the principles of the machine.

Maintenance training: Through training, relevant personnel of the demand side will master the working principle of the machine, the structure of the whole machine and accessories, and general troubleshooting methods.

Maintenance training: Through training, your company's relevant personnel will understand the working principle of the machine, as well as the daily maintenance methods of accessories and the entire machine.

Training content: The supplier provides on-site technical training and offers technical consultation.
