3. After being stored for a period of time, the sealing agent may settle. Please stir evenly before use, it will not affect the performance.

Calculation method for dosage of polymer moisture-proof sealing agent:

The weight calculation method is basically the same as other materials, where the volume of the cabinet body multiplied by the density of the polymer sealing agent plus the corner material equals the actual weight;

Our company's polymer self leveling moisture-proof sealing agent has a density of 1.25-1.28. The amount used for each cabinet is directly related to the sealing thickness required by the construction party. The common sealing thickness is between 0.7-1.2cm. For example, for a cabinet of 1 square meter with a sealing layer thickness of 1cm, the amount of polymer moisture-proof sealing agent used is about 12.5KG. If the thickness is controlled at 0.5cm, the material used is about 6.25KG.

1. First, make a budget for material usage:

The density of polymer moisture-proof sealing agent is between 1.15-1.18, and the thickness is generally 0.8-1 cm. The dosage range per square meter is about 11KG.

2. Perform leak sealing work on the sealing surface of the box:

To avoid the leakage of sealing agent from the leak, resulting in waste; Generally, silver electric tape or fireproof mud is used to seal the areas with leaks, and then excess lines are neatly arranged with tape;

3. Construction:

Mix agent A with a flashlight for 20-30 seconds to prevent settling, then add agent B to agent A and mix for about 60 seconds. Apply to the target area. The regular operating time for the sealing agent is 30-40 minutes (adjustable), and it can be automatically leveled; If the box area is large, a scraper or brush can also be used to accelerate the spreading speed of the sealing agent.

PS: During construction, attention should be paid to sealing off leaks to avoid missing sealing agent materials and causing waste. Due to the influence of environmental temperature and humidity on the operation time of the sealing agent, it is recommended to conduct a small test before use. If the operation time needs to be extended, the proportion of B agent can be adjusted to 10:0.8, not lower than 0.7, to avoid affecting the vulcanization effect.
