Instructions for Use

2. Storage and transportation conditions:

It can be stored for 12 months at room temperature (15-30 ℃). At room temperature(15~30℃)Transportation.

3. Notes:

(1) Before use, please add an appropriate amount of anhydrous ethanol to the protein removal solution RW1 and rinse solution RW2 as indicated on the label.

(2) Before use, please check if there is any precipitation in the lysis buffer RAL and protein removal solution RW1. If necessary, wait for the precipitation to dissolve in a 37 ℃ water bath before continuing to use.

(3) To avoid the volatilization, oxidation, and pH changes of reagents exposed to air for a long time, the lid of each solution should be promptly closed after use.

(4) When using this reagent kit, please wear lab clothes, disposable latex gloves, disposable masks, and use RNase Free consumables to avoid RNase contamination.

(5) All experimental operations should be carried out at room temperature of 15-25 ℃ unless otherwise specified.
