Dielectric loss measurement is a fundamental method in insulation testing, which can effectively detect the overall moisture degradation and deterioration of electrical equipment insulation, as well as local defects. Widely used in electrical manufacturing, electrical equipment installation, handover, and preventive testing. The measurement of dielectric loss of transformers, mutual inductors, reactors, capacitors, bushings, lightning arresters, etc. is a fundamental method for measuring their insulation performance.

Product features

1. The instrument adopts the complex current method to measure capacitance, dielectric loss, and other parameters. The test results have high accuracy, making it easy to achieve automated measurement.

2. The instrument adopts frequency conversion technology to eliminate on-site 50Hz power frequency interference, and reliable data can be measured even in strong electromagnetic interference environments.

3. The instrument adopts a large screen LCD display, and the testing process is both intuitive and easy to operate through Chinese character menu prompts.

4. The instrument is easy to operate, and the measurement process is controlled by a microprocessor. As long as the appropriate measurement method is selected, the data measurement can be automatically completed under the control of the microprocessor.

5. Integrated model, equipped with standard capacitors and high-voltage power supply, convenient for on-site testing and reduces on-site wiring.

6. The instrument has high measurement accuracy and can meet the requirements of oil dielectric loss measurement. Therefore, only a standard oil cup and a dedicated testing line are needed to achieve oil dielectric loss measurement.

7. The CVT testing function can achieve self-excited testing of CVT without the need for external accessories. Only one measurement is required to measure the capacitance and dielectric loss of C1 and C2.

8. The reverse wiring test adopts IVDDV technology, eliminating the previous phenomenon of unstable reverse wiring data.

9. Equipped with reverse wiring low-voltage shielding function, C11 can perform 10kV reverse wiring dielectric loss measurement without disconnecting the wire when the 220kV CVT bus is grounded.

10. It has the function of measuring high voltage dielectric loss and can use high-voltage transformers or series resonance to conduct dielectric loss tests exceeding 10kV voltage.

11. Grounding protection function: When the instrument is not grounded or poorly grounded, it will not enter the normal program and will not output high voltage. The overcurrent protection function ensures that the instrument is not damaged in the event of a short circuit or breakdown of the test sample.

12. Electric shock protection function: When the instrument operator accidentally gets an electric shock, the instrument will immediately cut off the high voltage to ensure the safety of the test personnel.
