Adopting fully automatic bucket sorting and picking equipment accelerates the conveying speed.
Fully automatic production is adopted from the process of picking up and using buckets, which only requires neatly placing buckets of the same specifications and models in designated positions. Professional robotic arms will accurately take out one packaging bucket each time, and the packaging bucket will be precisely transported to the bottom of the filling nozzle through the power track.
Equipped with an automatic measuring device, the material will be directly filled into the packaging drum that is conveyed through the filling nozzle according to the pre-set standards. The entire process is accurate and fast, without causing material waste or environmental pollution. The loaded bucket will be transmitted through the power track to the next stage.
Automatic lid sorting and capping, sealing one by one, the filled barrels are accurately sent to the automatic lid sorting machine. The lid sorting machine uses a mechanical arm to pick up one lid each time and place it accurately on top of the filled barrel. The automatic sealing machine immediately cooperates with the action to accurately squeeze the lid and seal the filled barrel.
