Other conditions of ATOS solenoid valve: internal leakage, check if the seals are damaged and if the springs are poorly assembled, external leakage, loose connections or damaged seals, tighten screws or replace seals. There is noise when the ATOS solenoid valve is powered on, and if the fasteners on the head are loose, tighten them. Malfunctions and troubleshooting of ATOS solenoid valve during daily operation

The selection of ATOS solenoid valves should first follow the four principles of safety, reliability, applicability, and economy. Secondly, the selection should be based on six aspects of on-site conditions (i.e. pipeline parameters, fluid parameters, pressure parameters, electrical parameters, action mode, and special requirements).

Selection criteria for ATOS solenoid valves:

1. Select the solenoid valve based on pipeline parameters: diameter specification (i.e. DN), interface method

1) Determine the diameter (DN) size according to the on-site pipeline inner diameter size or flow requirements;

2) Interface method, generally>DN50 requires flange interface, ≤ DN50 can be freely selected according to user needs.

2. Select the material and temperature group of the solenoid valve based on fluid parameters

1) Corrosive fluids: corrosion-resistant solenoid valves and all stainless steel should be selected; Edible ultra clean fluid: It is recommended to use food grade stainless steel solenoid valves;

2) High temperature fluid: It is necessary to choose electromagnetic valves made of high-temperature resistant electrical materials and sealing materials, and to choose piston type structures;

3) Fluid state: up to gaseous, liquid, or mixed state, especially when the diameter is greater than DN25, it must be distinguished;

4) Fluid viscosity: Usually below 50cSt, it can be freely selected. If it exceeds this value, a high viscosity solenoid valve should be used.

ATOS solenoid valve is an industrial equipment controlled by electromagnetic force, which is an automation basic component used to control fluids. It belongs to actuators and is not limited to hydraulic and pneumatic systems. It is used in industrial control system to adjust the direction, flow, speed and other parameters of medium. Electromagnetic valves can be used in conjunction with different circuits to achieve the desired control, while ensuring the accuracy and flexibility of the control. There are many types of solenoid valves, and different solenoid valves play a role in different positions of the control system. Commonly used ones are one-way valves, safety valves, directional control valves, speed regulating valves, etc.

1、 ATOS solenoid valve does not work after being powered on

Check if the power wiring is poor → Reconnect and connect the connectors

Check if the power supply voltage is within ± working range - → adjust to the normal position range

Is the coil desoldered? → Re weld

Coil short circuit → Replace coil

Is the working pressure difference inappropriate? Adjust the pressure difference or replace the corresponding solenoid valve

Fluid temperature is too high → Replace the appropriate solenoid valve

Impurities have caused the main and moving iron cores of the solenoid valve to jam. Clean them. If the seal is damaged, replace it and install a filter

The viscosity of the liquid is too high, the frequency is too high, and the lifespan has expired → Replace the product

2、 ATOS solenoid valve cannot be closed

The seal of the main valve core or iron moving core is damaged → Replace the seal

Is the fluid temperature and viscosity too high? Replace the corresponding solenoid valve

Impurities enter the solenoid valve core or moving iron core → Clean it

Spring life has expired or deformed → Replace

The balance hole of the throttle hole is blocked → clean it in time

Working frequency too high or lifespan has reached → Choose or update product

3、 Other situations

Internal leakage → Check for damaged seals and poor assembly of springs

Leakage → Loose connections or damaged seals → Tighten screws or replace seals

There is noise when powered on → The fixed parts on the head are loose, tighten them. The voltage fluctuation is not within the allowable range, adjust the voltage accordingly. If there are impurities or unevenness on the suction surface of the iron core, clean or replace it in a timely manner.
