AGMZOCan provide mechanical pressure limiterAs a protection against high voltage. For safety reasons, the factory pre-set mechanical pressure limiter is unloaded(minimum pressure)During debugging, the pressure setting value must be slightly higher than the maximum pressure adjustment value of proportional control. Follow the steps below to set the pressure of the mechanical pressure limiter:
1Provide the amplifier with the maximum input reference signal. The system pressure will not increase until the mechanical pressure limiter is still in the unloaded state
2、Rotate the adjusting nut clockwise Until the system pressure increases to a stable value, corresponding to the set pressure value under the maximum reference input signal
3、Rotate the adjusting nut clockwise and then rotate it more1or2Circle to ensure that the mechanical pressure limiter remains closed during the operation of the proportional valve
Regarding valvesvent hole
When the valve is first debugged, the air trapped inside the electromagnet must be discharged through a screw plug located at the rear of the electromagnet.
The presence of air can cause unstable pressure and vibration.
Remote pressure unloading

Pressure sensor malfunction
