AO2000 series continuous gas analyzerChassis:
The chassis is divided into 19 inch or wall mounted, supporting IP20 or IP54 protection levels (the version used for emission measurement is IP40).
IP54 version chassis supports blowing.
When installing electronic modules, the display and control unit are located on the front panel of the chassis.
System bus:
The functional units of the gas analyzer are interconnected through a system bus.
The system bus structure is linear, with a maximum length of 350 meters.
The system bus structure can only connect one electronic module with a maximum of 5 I/O modules.
Connection of sample gas regulation module:
The SCC-F sample gas extraction unit and SCC-C sample gas condenser are connected to the gas analyzer through a system bus via a 1/O board installed on the sample gas extraction unit.
In this way, the display, monitoring, and control of various sample gas adjustment functions of the gas analyzer can be achieved, such as condenser temperature, condensate, and flow status.

Infrared analysis module Uras26
Measuring principle
Non dispersive infrared absorption in the wavelength range of λ=2.5-8 μ m.
The photometer can be configured with 1 or 2 optical paths for measuring 1-4 components, and each optical path can be configured with 1 or 2 detectors.
Sample gas composition and range
The Uras26 analysis module has a physical range for each sample gas component. Alternatively, a smaller range can be selected electronically from the physical range.
The minimum range is range 1.
The minimum range shown in the table is based on the first sample gas component in optical path 1.

influencing factors
Traffic impact
Flow within the range of 20-100I/h: within the detection limit
Background gas influence/cross sensitivity
The calibration of the analyzer should be based on the analysis of the components of the sample gas.
Selective measures can be taken to reduce the influence of background gas (optional): When using Uras26 to measure one sample gas component, interference from other sample gas components can be minimized,
It can be achieved by adding filtersCorrection of filter, internal electronic cross interference correction, or carrier gas correction functions.
temperature effect
The ambient temperature is within the allowable range
-Zero point: ≤ 1% range/10 ° C
Less than Level 1 to Level 2 range: ≤ 2% range/10 ° C
-Sensitivity during temperature compensation: ≤ 3% measured value/10 ° C
-Sensitivity when configuring a 55 ° C thermostat (optional): ≤ 1% measured value/10 ° C
Air pressure influence
-Zero point: No impact
-Sensitivity for pressure calibration through integrated pressure sensors: ≤ 0.2% measured value/1% change in air pressure
If a hose is used as the internal gas pipeline, the pressure sensor is located in the sample gas path.
If a hard tube is used, the pressure sensor is connected to the outside through a hose.
power influence
DC 24V ± 5%: ≤ 0.2% range
dynamic response
warm-up time
If there is no thermostat, it takes about 30 minutes; If a thermostat is used, it takes about 2 hours.
T90response time
T90=2.5 seconds, when the measuring cell length is 200mm, the sample gas flow rate is 60 l/h, and there is no signal attenuation (low-pass filter).
The low-pass time constant supports adjustment between 0-60 seconds.
calibration
zero point calibration
Use inert gas (such as nitrogen) or ambient air that does not contain the components of the sample gas being tested.
Range calibration
Use the built-in inflatable regulating pool (option) or standard gas. If a built-in regulating pool is configured, it is recommended to verify its set value annually.
When calibrating a multi-component analyzer, the internal or external cross sensitivity and/or carrier gas calibration functions for the measured components will be turned off. Therefore, when calibrating the corrected tested components,
Only standard gases containing the tested component and inert gases (such as nitrogen) can be used.
