The X-ray fluorescence sulfur calcium iron analyzer is an instrument developed to adapt to the improvement of product quality and production processes in the cement industry. It is mainly used for analyzing the content of SOCaO and Fe2O3 in cement raw materials, clinker, and cement. The quality of clinker is controlled by measuring the content of SOCaO and Fe2O3 in raw materials, the content of CaO in clinker and cement to determine the amount of admixture, and the content of SO3 in cement to control the quality of cement.

The embedded system used, combined with the achievements of IT technology, has designed a high-speed multi-channel analyzer MCA.
