Product Details
The design of ALD sample holder is open on both sides of the chip, which can prevent uneven pressure changes on both sides of the chip, thus enabling measurement in low/high pressure environments. The ALD sample holder is connected to the sample stage via a cable. The measurement signal is transmitted to the QCM-D electronic unit through two independent cables passing through various low or high voltage chambers.
