Wiring method:

AC/DC dual-purpose ultra lightweight test transformerThe short-circuit rod of the high-voltage silicon stack should be extracted from the bushing to put the test transformer in a DC output state. Before conducting a DC leakage test, it is advisable to select the resistance value of the current limiting resistor (water resistor) based on the fact that the output terminal breaking current in the leakage test does not exceed the high-voltage silicon stack rectifier. Then, according to the requirements of the tested object for the DC high-voltage waveform, select the capacitance value of the high-voltage filtering capacitor. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the applied voltage to the test sample, an FRC resistive capacitive voltage divider should be connected to the high voltage side to measure the voltage.

Environmental requirements:

1. Input voltage: AC 220V or 380V, 50Hz;

2. Environmental temperature: -40 ℃ to 40 ℃;

3. Relative humidity: ≤ 85% (when the ambient temperature is 25 ℃);

4. In an environment without chemical gases and vapors;

5. In non explosive gases;

6. In situations where rainwater does not infiltrate.
