AAQM-N220M Ozone CalibratorWe can provide ozone standard gases of different concentrations and use high-precision gas mass flow meters (MFCs) to control the dilution gas flow rate. The ozone generator generates ozone gas by irradiating zero gas with ultraviolet light, and the built-in ozone photometer determines the concentration of ozone gas by measuring the absorption light intensity in the 254nm band for feedback control, thereby generating a specific concentration of ozone standard gas.
