The A4003 ESD current target and adapter (or 50 Ω conical adapter) calibration kit is a complete multi in one calibration measurement device used to detect the frequency response of ESD current targets up to 4GHz, detect the frequency response of ESD current target adapters up to 4GHz, and also calibrate the waveform of electrostatic discharge simulators according to IEC/EN 61000-4-2 or ISO10605 standards.
