1. Description
The A4001 ESD current target calibration kit is a broadband ESD target used for calibrating ESD simulators. The A4001 ESD target with a 2-ohm impedance complies with the latest IEC 61000-4-2 and ISO 10605 standards. The A4001-N1R ESD target with 1 ohm impedance complies with MIL-STD-331D standard. The broadband attenuator provides return loss, while the cable is used as a connection to the oscilloscope. The frequency response specification is measured together with the complete component.
