2、 Installation precautions (key points)

Flow direction and installation posture

The valve body arrow must be in the same direction as the airflow, reverse installation may cause internal leakage/poor closure.

Prioritize the coil facing vertically upwards to reduce impurity deposition; Can be viewed from any angle, but avoid long-term inversion.

Gas source and medium

Medium: clean, dry, oil-free air/inert gas; Prohibit water, oil, dust, and welding slag.

The front end must be equipped with a 5 μ m filter, and high-pressure models require anti particle clogging of the valve core.

3、 Common fault diagnosis (quick troubleshooting)

1) No action when powered on (no "click" sound)

Electrical (most common): voltage<20V or>28V; coil open circuit (∞)/short circuit (≈ 0 Ω, normal about 100-200 Ω); Loose wiring.

Mechanical: valve core stuck (impurities); Spring fracture/fatigue.

Judgment: Measure voltage → Measure resistance → Power off and manually press the valve core (lagging=mechanical problem).

2) There is sound when powered on, but no direction change/air leakage

Half stuck valve core, aging/deformation of FKM seal, impurities in valve seat, and leakage of interface threads.

Judgment: whether the ventilation listening port is always open; After cleaning the valve seat, retest and if there is still leakage, replace the seal.

3) Coil overheating/burning (hot to the touch)

Long term overpressure, stuck valve core leading to coil overload, high voltage, and poor heat dissipation in the environment.

Judgment: Hot hands+valve not functioning → 90% valve core stuck.

4) Slow response/sometimes good and sometimes bad

The gas source contains water/oil, the valve core is slightly stuck, the wiring is loose, and it is affected by vibration.

Judgment: Related to pressure fluctuations → Gas source issue; Related to vibration → wiring issues.
